HH Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Chairman of the National Higher Committee Overseeing Preparations for the 28th UN Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP28), launched the new official logo and branding for the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP 28). The logo is inspired by the concept that we are all inhabitants of 'One World'.

The visual components of the logo highlight the connection between humanity, nature, technology, and innovation.

The design includes a collection of diverse icons, from people and renewable energy technologies to wildlife and nature, encapsulated in one globe. The imagery represents the wealth of humanity’s natural and technological resources, and emphasises the need for innovation across all sectors to drive inclusive and transformational sustainable development.

The design serves as a reminder to global communities to rally behind urgent climate action and embark on an inclusive pathway towards meeting the global climate commitments through collaboration and collective global action.The logo promotes the main messages of COP28, including:
